Drapes Tailored Valance
Where can I buy special drape sizes?
I have three windows that are 70" tall and 36" wide each. I want each window to have two pieces that cut the length in half, but our local stores are only selling drapes that are about 50"x80". Is there a place that sells a size like 75"x20"? Will I have to buy the large one and have a tailor cut it in half and sow it up nicely?
I need to add also that I am trying to get a light and thermal blocking set. I don't care if it's two separate pieces or two joined pieces by valance.
If you need a size you can't find in stores, then you go to a seamstress or a drapery place and have them made or have the store bought ones altered.
