How to cover up holes in bathtub tile to change shower curtain rod?
We are redecorating our bathroom and want to install a curved shower curtain rod. The drill holes for brackets holding up our old rod are 4 inches apart and we can't find a new rod with brackets will drill holes that are more than 2 inches apart. Is there a way to install one of these new rods without having one of the old drill holes showing in the tile? We don't want to change the tile, so any solution has to involve hiding one of the holes.
I agree with Dan B. I would suggest do the holes as Dan suggests then glue on a selection of small sea shells as a decorative finish. Or any other small decoration you like.
