extra long period please help!!!!!!!?
i am 14 and i have had my period since i was 11. please dont say go to the doctors or tell your mum because i cant!! within a year of starting my periods i was pretty regular. i then had 5mounths of no periods last year but when i did get one it still hasnt stoped. i have had it for 7mounths! please just tell me what it could be and if theres anything i could do to help it. has anyone had the same thing? please help i am getting so depressed! thanks
You really need to speak to your Mum or another woman you can trust. Bleeding for such a long time is going to cause you to become anaemic if it hasn't already. There is nothing you can do at home or buy at the chemist to stop a period...you have to get treatment from your doctor.
Don't be scared, it is more than likely a hormonal problem causing you to bleed like this and the right treatment will soon have you sorted and leading a normal life again. So bite the bullet and talk to someone you trust...it's got to be better than putting up with this.
