Good product to put over windows that acts as insulation. Already have?
double glazed units but in one particular room the window area seems to be very cold in the window. Have heavy drapes that I pull across at night but it during the day I want to try and conserve the heat..
I understand that there is type of cling film that might help!Any ideas please? Budget tight so please no expensive suggestions ...thanking you in advance.
This simply doesn't work, the double glazed units you have are spaced to an exact size (usually 4mm glass 20mm gas filled void 4mm glass) this is done so as to be the most efficent, Major glass companys spend a lot of time and money in r&d to try and improve this so i can't see a piece of cling film doing anything to improve this apart from making it very hard to clean your windows.
